Financial Information

The programs of Breath of Life Ministries of Las Cruces are a joy to offer to our community. Our intensives, workshops, ceremonies and counseling are the ways we are of service to help make this world a better place…one person at a time. As we heal and grow individually, the world is transformed. We deeply believe this, and this fundamental conviction shapes all of our work. To prepare for this, many hours are spent in training, in creating supportive settings, in preparing necessary materials and other arrangements that contribute to the growth and empowerment of each individual. It is an honor and a privilege to provide these services, and it is our life’s work.

Over the years we have come to recognize that participation in any of these programs requires personal investment: an investment of time, of effort, of participation, of money. We have observed that the more an individual invests personal resources, the stronger the outcome. When goals and intentions are shaped to guide the work, the healthier the outcomes and the more fulfilling the transformation. There is no substitute for openness, intention and readiness to personally grow.

On Making Financial Gifts

Breath of Life Ministries of Las Cruces is a nonprofit organization in accord with the regulations of the Internal Revenue Service. Therefore, gifts are tax deductible if the donor chooses that option. All gifts support the overall work and support the counselors who serve through the various programs.

With an awareness of the hours involved in preparing for and implementing the various programs, we are often asked for suggested gift amounts. While gifts are not considered payments for services, we have found these to be typical ranges: For an hourly counseling session, $75-$150; for a personal day long intensive, $300-$1,000; for a weekend workshop, $300-$500. We recognize that financial capacities vary, and some participants have chosen to donate well above these ranges.

Join Us Through Helping Hands

Breath of Life Ministries of Las Cruces is committed to serving individuals regardless of their resources. The Helping Hands Fund enables us to provide those services while acknowledging our need to care for our counselors who give generously of their time, talent and wisdom.

What About Insurance?

Many individuals and couples who come to the counseling services of Breath of Life Ministries of Las Cruces have health insurance or participate in a program that covers the costs of the care provided by our trained counselors. Integrated Counseling Services is our partner organization that serves as the link to secure that financial coverage. Arrangement for that coverage can be established when first appointments are planned and scheduled.
